•Customs clearance (for international shipments)
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility:
•TABLEMARBLE.COM is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages.
•Delivery timelines become the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We will support you in opening claims with the carrier if needed.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must:
•Inspect items upon delivery, before signing
•Check for visible damage, missing pieces, or breakage
•Report any issues to contact@tablemarble.com within 48 hours
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.

5. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
•No one being available to receive the item
•Incorrect address provided by the customer
•Refusal to pay customs/import fees (for international orders)
Re-delivery fees or storage fees may apply.
