At Table Marble, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Moroccan stone furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the heavy and fragile nature of marble, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth process.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
Please Inspect Upon Delivery: Because marble is heavy and fragile, it is critical that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
Visible Damage: If the wooden crate or packaging arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos.
Reporting: You must report any damage to the product itself within 24 hours of delivery. Please email clear photos of the damage and the packaging to contact@tablemarble.com.
Resolution: If an item arrives damaged, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a refund at no additional cost to you, depending on the severity of the issue.
2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage (e.g., size or style preference), we accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packed in its original wooden crate. We cannot accept returns if the original crating has been discarded, as secure return transport is impossible without it.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to our facility in Morocco. Please note that international freight for heavy stone items can be substantial.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and warehouse processing.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom Orders: Furniture made to specific custom measurements or designs.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as “Final Sale.”
Gift Cards.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has been crated and shipped.
After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a Standard Return (see Section 2), and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
We will inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
