1. Global Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Whether you are furnishing a home in New York, London, Dubai, or Tokyo, our logistics network is designed to handle international freight efficiently.
Carrier Partners: We primarily use DHL and specialized international freight forwarders to ensure the fastest and safest transfer of your goods.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s journey via our Track Your Order page.
2. Processing & Lead Times
Creating and preparing natural stone furniture takes care and precision.
Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for us to inspect, polish, and securely crate your items before dispatch.
Shipping Duration:
Express/Courier (Smaller Decor items): 5–10 business days.
Freight/Cargo (Tables, Fountains, Washbasins): 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance procedures.
3. Packaging & Safety
Marble is fragile and heavy. We do not take shortcuts with packaging.
Wooden Crating: All large furniture items (tables, washbasins, fountains) are shipped in custom-built, reinforced wooden crates to prevent movement and damage during transit.
Protective Padding: Items are wrapped in industrial-grade protective foam and shock-absorbent materials inside the crate.
4. Duties & Customs
As we ship from Morocco, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Buyer Responsibility: These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs Delays: Table Marble is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country, though we will assist with any documentation needed to clear your goods.
5. Receiving Your Delivery
Due to the weight of marble furniture, most large shipments are delivered as Curbside Delivery.
Inspection: Please inspect the wooden crate for any visible signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Damages: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the crate and the product immediately and contact us at contact@tablemarble.com or call +212 7-8646-9591 within 24 hours so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
